We supply plastic tambour door systems in PVC and ABS, with stock options for standard orders and custom solutions for colors, finishes and slat profiles. The information below explains how we normally handle these requirements, so you can prepare your order and quotation request more efficiently.
The minimum order quantity is not the same for every order. It mainly depends on whether you choose a stock option or require additional production work.

Our standard stock colors include white, grey, black and silver. These are suitable when you need a smaller trial order or regular restocking.
For custom colors or surface finishes, our standard starting quantity is 100 sets. If your project requires a completely new slat profile, a new mould is needed, so the order will include mould development and a defined production minimum.
This is why we recommend confirming the product specification before asking for a final quotation. The MOQ can change depending on how much of the product needs to be customized.
Once the specifications and samples are approved, we normally arrange production according to the order type.

For custom orders, sample approval is an important production step. An unapproved color, a new mould requirement or incomplete size information can extend the schedule.
For a quotation, please provide the inner width, inner height and inner depth of the cabinet opening whenever possible. This allows us to confirm the required door specification earlier.

Available slat thicknesses include 8 mm and 12 mm. Door length and height can be cut according to the cabinet's inner opening rather than being limited to a fixed catalogue size.

The order can be supplied as a complete kit, including tambour door slats, handle or locker, and inside or outside tracks.
