Custom production of the main profiles are: plastic shutter doors, soft package strip, cabinet skirting board, tuyere profiles, T plastic strip, furniture cabinet edge sealing strip and so on extrusion plastic profiles.
Ruizan extruded profiles are widely used in office furniture, auto parts, cabinets, soft decoration, display props, door and window building materials, intelligent agriculture and other dozens of industries, the products have won high recognition and affirmation of the market.
After 8 years and the joint efforts of more than 100 people, Shanghai Ruizhan has expanded the factory scale of the production base from 1500 square meters to 7000 square meters, and has passed SGS certification and ISO9001 quality system certification. In 2017, due to the needs of business development, Jiangsu Ruizan was established and built a standard factory in Nantong, covering an area of 12,000 square meters. After the completion of nantong plant in 2019, Jiangsu Ruizan will introduce a batch of new extrusion machinery and equipment, standard automatic integrated production line, which will be officially put into operation in 2020.
