After the goods are completed, RUIZHAN QC personnel will randomly inspect the goods by a rate at least 25%.
Edge banding QC:
Folding test: unbreake after over 20 times folding, still good;
Adhensive check: check the quality of the adhesive, good adhesive is not easy to fall off;
Size check: The size of edge banding is accurate based on order, and the upper tolerance is strictly controlled at ±0.02mm to avoid narrow.
Plastic extrusiotn profiles QC:
Take out the item and check the quality, whether the measured size is consistent with the order size, corresponding to the measured size.
Products checked well by QC will be re-packed and sealed for shipment.
