Ruizhan Plastic Extrution Profiles Custom Design Process

Ruizhan plastic extrusion manufacture is profesional direct factory, when our sales received client's require of plastic extrusion tape, we will communicate with moulding engineer about the designing drawing. If clients could send us their design drawing of plasitc extrusion profile, it is better for us to make mould to match customer demand or we will do more communication with clients to understand what kind of mould clients need in special situation to make CAD drawing to meet custimer's needs.

Than, our engineer will open the mould of plastic extrusion profiles by mould machine with CAD design drawing data in details. after mould is ready , we will send it to plastic extrusion profiles production workshop. At the same time, RUIZHAN purchase department prepare raw material and send it to workshop.

RUIZHAN worker clean the machine from last production and exchange the mould into machine to extrude the plastic extrusion profiles. workers control the machine to produce it and cut it. when production is finished, worker package it strongly and delivery it to client's warehouse.
