Color matching: Our color matching engineer matching the color of clients sample, than mixing and prilling pvc with color powder into grain, which is match the basic solid color of client's need, than the worker would pull it into plastic extrusion line to product edge banding, T moliding, or plastic extrusion profiles;
2. Surface Printing: Some customer would like special surface design for edge banding or t molding, We could customize the surface grain by your sample and printing it with our auto printing lines. Such as: Wood grain, Stone grain, Hign gloss, Textured, and Special customized surface for your furniture.

As a direct factory, Ruizhan only customize for mass production order, with a reasonable MOQ limit. We would arrange plastic extrusion production plan after mould is ready and testing sample made by us is comfirmed by customer. Most of edge banding type's MOQ is Min 5000 meters or more, depends on the size of pvc edge banding. For T molding edge banding, fabric wall track, pvc sheet piles, L shaped profiles, which we already have mould, The MOQ is Min 3000 meter or more.
